Commercial Electrical Maintenance Agreements

Facilities don’t fail on a schedule. A commercial electrical maintenance agreement with Voltus Energy Solutions puts a licensed NJ electrical contractor on retainer for your building – so problems get found before they become outages, your code-required testing actually happens, and when something does go wrong, you’re first in line.

What’s included

  • Priority emergency response. Agreement clients jump the queue – nights, weekends, whenever. When a warehouse floor goes dark, you are not waiting behind residential calls.
  • Discounted scheduled labor rates. A monthly retainer earns preferred pricing on all scheduled work performed under the agreement.
  • Code-required exit and emergency lighting testing – handled and documented. NJ fire code requires monthly function tests and annual full-duration tests of emergency and exit lighting. We perform them on schedule and keep the written records your fire inspector and insurance carrier ask for. See our emergency and exit lighting services.
  • Annual panel and distribution inspections – connections checked and torqued, wear identified, capacity reviewed against how your facility actually runs today.
  • A living facility plan. Every visit feeds a running report: safety issues, preventative maintenance priorities, and improvement opportunities – including LED lighting retrofits that may qualify for major utility efficiency incentives. You always know what your building needs next and what it will roughly cost.

Who this is for

Warehouses and distribution facilities, property managers with multi-tenant buildings, offices, retail, houses of worship, and institutional facilities across Essex, Union, and Morris counties – including the industrial corridors of Elizabeth and the surrounding port area. As an SBE, MBE, and SEDB certified contractor (NJ Lic. #34EI01906000), we also serve government and institutional partners.

How pricing works

Agreements are priced as a monthly retainer sized to your facility – square footage, panel count, and the testing schedule your occupancy requires. We quote it after a walkthrough, and the walkthrough doubles as your first facility assessment. For day-to-day service rates, see our published pricing.
